And like falling in love, there’s no proven method it’s something that just happens. It’s an internal practice, and a fiercely private one, too. This is how Sandra Hüller describes acting-or rather, how she approaches her characters. Moto Lounge might be a retail brand, but its heart beats hospitality.“It’s like when you’re falling in love with someone: You think about them all the time.” It was a good reflection that reminded me that nothing in life goes to waste, and everything leaves its footprint. At Moto Lounge we're not just selling clothes we're inspiring women to ride motorcycles and making them excited about looking great while doing so □ While service dictates what and how we do things, hospitality defines how it makes people feel. I say #guest intentionally as that is how we see and treat our customers - just like you would your house guests. This philosophy is embedded in Moto Lounge's approach, where we focus on creating memorable guest #experiences. Finally, it helps you form connections with customers that are stronger than in other industries. It allows you to experience situations that are not found in any service manual. It teaches empathy and compassion, fostering a mentality that goes beyond the traditional service understanding. Hospitality provides a unique perspective, going beyond the typical customer service approach, and makes you see service from a very different angle. It requires fast and creative thinking, quick adaption and lots of patience. It is one thing to have a model and a team to set up a nice shot, it is very different when you work with real people, pets and kids and most of the time in quite extreme circumstances. I have multiple educations under my belt, non of them photography, yet - it is what I do and do best :)Īll the technical parts, the science and art behind photography, mean actually nothing in my particular line of work. Photography was one of the rare constants in my life since I was a child, even though it was on a hobby level, but it always sparked joy. ![]()
